Once you are logged into the parter platform, you are greeted with the dashboard. This lands now on your customer overview page.
Customer overview page
Here, you can manage your customers easily. A customer row looks like this:
By clicking on the name, you will be taken to the customer page. The reference is a unique ID which you may use for your own invoicing to them. Under status, you can see whether the customer is a lead. When there is nothing there, the customer is seen as a full customer. By clicking on Add product, you can order new products for the customer. Clicking on the note icon next to the button opens the note modal for you to add a note to that specific customer. And finally, clicking on the three dots allows you to either edit or pin the customer.
Invoice specifications
On the top of the page, you can click on Invoice specifications. Here, you can select one or multiple invoices to download as a .CSV export.
By selecting the desired export and clicking on the download icon on the right hand side, the export will be started. Once the export is done, it will be e-mailed to the email address of your account. In other words, it will be send to the e-mail address you are currently logged in with on the partner platform.
