You can create, edit, or delete folders in webmail. Folders you create will automatically appear in any other e-mail programs where your account is configured. This enables you to maintain a well-organised inbox and efficiently sort e-mails by subject or category.
Creating a map
If you want to create a new folder, follow these steps in webmail.
1. Log in to webmail.
2. In the menu on the left, click 'Settings' → 'Folders', then select 'New'.
3. Enter the desired name under 'Folder Name'. Under 'Parent Folder', specify whether it should be nested within an existing folder.
4. Once everything is set, click 'Save'. The folder has now been created. You can change the folder name later in the same location.
You can move e-mails to a specific folder by opening your Inbox, selecting the desired e-mail, and clicking 'More' in the top-right corner. Choose 'Move to…' to transfer the e-mail to the selected folder, which will remove it from your Inbox. If you prefer to keep the e-mail in your Inbox while also storing it in another folder, select 'Copy to…' instead.
Deleting a map
Folders that have been created can also be deleted.
Follow the steps below if you would like to do delete a map.
Warning: Deleting a folder will permanently remove all e-mails contained therein, both in webmail and on all connected devices.

2. Click 'Delete' in the top right corner, and then click it again in the pop-up that appears to confirm. The folder and the e-mails it contained have now been removed from the e-mail account.
