This guide explains how to activate WP.one for a customer through the Partners.one partner platform. Supersonic, autoscaling, fully managed WordPress hosting. Activating it is a two-phase job: first you add the product to the customer, then you complete the actions Partners.one needs to provision it.
Phase 1 — Add the product
- Open Customers in the top menu and click the customer (or use Add product on the customer’s row).
- On the customer’s page, click Add products (top right).
- Under Select the product, choose WP.one.
- Choose the plan offered, then click Activate product.
Result: WP.one now appears in the customer’s Products list as Unprovisioned · Inactive, and a yellow Action required banner appears.
Phase 2 — Activate it
On the customer page, click View actions in the “Action required” banner, then complete the action(s) listed:
- Provide the domain. Open the action, click Take action, then either pick the site under Choose an existing website or select Enter a domain name manually and type it, and click Provide domain. Partners.one then provisions WP.one for that domain.
When it is done
Once all actions for WP.one are completed, it moves from Unprovisioned · Inactive to Active.

- Use the exact URL / domain the customer’s site actually runs on.
