This guide explains how to activate Premium Care for a customer through the Partners.one partner platform. Keep the customer’s site secure, fast and up to date. Activating it is a two-phase job: first you add the product to the customer, then you complete the actions Partners.one needs to provision it.
Phase 1 — Add the product
- Open Customers in the top menu and click the customer (or use Add product on the customer’s row).
- On the customer’s page, click Add products (top right).
- Under Select the product, choose Premium Care.
- Choose the plan offered, then click Activate product.
Result: Premium Care now appears in the customer’s Products list as Unprovisioned · Inactive, and a yellow Action required banner appears.
Phase 2 — Activate it
On the customer page, click View actions in the “Action required” banner, then complete the action(s) listed:
- Provide the website URL. Open the action, click Take action, enter the full HTTP(S) URL of the customer’s site, then Save so the service is linked to that site.
When it is done
Once all actions for Premium Care are completed, it moves from Unprovisioned · Inactive to Active.

- Use the exact URL / domain the customer’s site actually runs on.
