This guide explains how to activate Antagonist E-mail for a customer through the Partners.one partner platform. Fast and reliable e-mail. Activating it is a two-phase job: first you add the product to the customer, then you complete the actions Partners.one needs to provision it.
Phase 1 — Add the product
- Open Customers in the top menu and click the customer (or use Add product on the customer’s row).
- On the customer’s page, click Add products (top right).
- Under Select the product, choose Antagonist E-mail.
- Choose the plan offered, then click Activate product.
Result: Antagonist E-mail now appears in the customer’s Products list as Unprovisioned · Inactive, and a yellow Action required banner appears.
Phase 2 — Activate it
On the customer page, click View actions in the “Action required” banner, then complete the action(s) listed:
- Provide the domain. Open the action, click Take action, then either pick the site under Choose an existing website or select Enter a domain name manually and type it, and click Provide domain. Partners.one then provisions Antagonist E-mail for that domain.
When it is done
Once all actions for Antagonist E-mail are completed, it moves from Unprovisioned · Inactive to Active.
