This guide explains how to activate Ceyo for a customer through the Partners.one partner platform. Full-service GEO (generative engine optimization) solutions. Activating it is a two-phase job: first you add the product to the customer, then you complete the actions Partners.one needs to provision it.
Phase 1 — Add the product
- Open Customers in the top menu and click the customer (or use Add product on the customer’s row).
- On the customer’s page, click Add products (top right).
- Under Select the product, choose Ceyo.
- Choose the plan offered, then click Activate product.
Result: Ceyo now appears in the customer’s Products list as Unprovisioned · Inactive, and a yellow Action required banner appears.
Phase 2 — Activate it
On the customer page, click View actions in the “Action required” banner, then complete the action(s) listed:
- Follow the steps shown. Open each action listed for Ceyo and click Take action, then complete whatever it asks for (for example linking the account or providing the website / domain). Ceyo is provisioned through Partners.one.
When it is done
Once all actions for Ceyo are completed, it moves from Unprovisioned · Inactive to Active.

- Use the exact URL / domain the customer’s site actually runs on.
