This guide explains how to activate Imagify for a customer through the Partners.one partner platform. Make the customer’s images lighter and the website faster. Activating it is a two-phase job: first you add the product to the customer, then you complete the actions Partners.one needs to provision it.
Phase 1 — Add the product
- Open Customers in the top menu and click the customer (or use Add product on the customer’s row).
- On the customer’s page, click Add products (top right).
- Under Select the product, choose Imagify.
- Choose the plan offered, then click Activate product.
Result: Imagify now appears in the customer’s Products list as Unprovisioned · Inactive, and a yellow Action required banner appears.
Phase 2 — Activate it
On the customer page, click View actions in the “Action required” banner, then complete the action(s) listed:
- Provide the website URL / domain. Open the action, click Take action, enter the full HTTP(S) URL (or domain) of the WordPress site, then Save.
- Download & install the plugin. Open the Download plugin action → Take action → Download Plugin, then in WordPress: Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin → Choose File (the .zip) → Install Now → Activate Plugin. Back in Partners.one, click Mark as Completed.
When it is done
Once all actions for Imagify are completed, it moves from Unprovisioned · Inactive to Active.

- Use the exact URL / domain the customer’s site actually runs on.
